Before joining any of website controlled by Luscious Media LLC and/or billed as Luscious Media LLC, I accept this agreement and certify the following:

I am at least 18 years old (21 years old in some communities) and have the legal right to view and possess adult oriented material within my community/zip code and within the community/zip code I am in at this moment.

The Subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the legal age, and in all respects is qualified to enter into this agreement.
I do not find images, depiction's, or sounds of nude adults, adults engaged in sexual acts, or other sexually explicit material to be offensive or objectionable.

I understand the standards and obscenity laws within the zip code, site, and computer to which I am transporting this material, and am responsible for my actions.

I will file no charges or suits against the owners of this web site.

I will not sell and/or in anyway copy or redistribute the contents of this site or any passwords or security codes that I obtain from this site. If I do so and am caught, I agree to pay the administrator of this site no less than $5000 American dollars in damages.

I will not attempt to bypass any security and/or access feature at this site.

I will not attempt to use stolen or fraudulent credit card numbers. Credit Card fraud is a serious matter, we will find you if you try to use a stolen or fraudulent card number and prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law.  We record your  IP address as one of many safeguards that we take to identify the computer you are on. Remember, your ISP has a complete record of everywhere you go. Any IP address can be traced to it's owner. We then contact the ISP System Administrator and find out exactly who you are.

I understand that if I give out my password to anyone else that my membership will be terminated without any sort of refund. Subscription fees are non refundable.

Unless and until this agreement is canceled in accordance with the terms hereof, Subscriber hereby authorizes the "Service" to charge subscriber's credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for the cost of membership.  Subscriber hereby further authorizes the "service" to charge Subscriber's credit card  or checking account (or other approved facility) for any and all purchases of products, services and entertainment provided by Luscious Media LLC.

Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Luscious Media LLC or the Subscriber.  When termination is requested by a member, subscription fees are NOT refunded.  Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.  Subscribers are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to the Service.  Access to and use of the Services is through a password.  Each subscriber must keep their password strictly confidential.  Remember your password!

All original material displayed on this Service is copyrighted by Luscious Media LLC and may not be copied, redistributed or downloaded, in whole or in part, without  prior written consent of Luscious Media LLC, unless otherwise clearly stated in this agreement.

If I use these services in violation of the above agreement, I understand that I may be in violation of the terms and conditions of this site as well as local, and federal laws and am solely responsible for my actions. By entering from this page, or by logging on to the following pages in any other way, I will have released and discharged the providers, owners, and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise. Bookmarking to a page on this server/site whereby any warning page is bypassed shall constitute and implicit acceptance of the foregoing terms herein set forth.
